Some of the children of Years 5 and 6 at Highfield C.E. Primary School have been involved in the Lest We Forget project.

Dear Lord
Lest we forget the heroic deeds that people, today and past days, have given to help other citizens. May world war 1 and 2 be an example to all nations to cease the violence.
Help us remember about the wars that are being fought at this moment in time. God, let us stop all wars.
Lord we pray for peace because there are conflicts all around us. If anyone perishes let Heaven nurture their soul.
Please end all conflict and help there be peace.
Amen
